Policia e Kosovës (PK), deri në këtë fazë realizoi me sukses planin operativ për mbarëvajtjen e zgjedhjeve në katër komunat veriore të Kosovës, proces ky i cili në aspektin e sigurisë vlerësohet se ka kaluar i qetë dhe pa asnjë incident

Përveç ofrimit të sigurisë gjatë procesit zgjedhor, plani operativ ka paraparë inicimin dhe procedimin e çdo vepre penale kundër të drejtës së votimit dhe ndërmarrjen e të gjitha masave procedurale/penale ndaj çdokujt që bie ndesh me ligjet e vendit, në bashkëpunim dhe koordinim me KQZ-në dhe Prokurorinë e Shtetit, por që deri më tani nuk ka pasur ndonjë rast të raportuar.

Policia e Kosovës mbetet e përkushtuar në garantimin e rendit kushtetues, krijimin e një ambienti të qetë dhe të sigurt për të gjithë qytetarët, përcjelljen e materialit sensitiv e deri në përfundim të gjithë procesit zgjedhor.

Današnji izbori održani u četiri severne opštine, u bezbednosnom smislu procenjuju se mirnim i bez incidenata

Policija Kosova (PK) je do ove faze uspešno sprovela operativni plan za nesmetano odvijanje izbora u četiri severne opštine Kosova, proces za koji se u bezbednosnom smislu procenjuje da je protekao mirno i bez ikakvih incidenata.

Osim pružanja bezbednosti tokom izbornog procesa, operativnim planom je predviđeno pokretanje i procesuiranje svakog krivičnog dela protiv biračkog prava i preduzimanje svih procesnih/krivičnih mera protiv bilo koga ko je u suprotnosti sa zakonima zemlje, u saradnji i koordinaciju sa CIK-om i Državnim tužilaštvom, ali do sada nije bilo prijavljenih slučajeva.

Policija Kosova ostaje posvećena garantovanju ustavnog poretka, stvaranju mirnog i bezbednog okruženja za sve građane, pratnju osetljivog materijala sve do kraja čitavog izbornog procesa.

The elections held today in four northern municipalities are considered peaceful and with no incidents in the security aspect

Prishtina, 23rd of April 2021

Kosovo Police, until this phase successfully carried out the operational plan for the good thrift of the elections in the four northern municipalities of Kosovo, a process which in the aspect of security is considered to have been peaceful and without any incident.

Except the provision of security during the election process, the operational plan has foreseen the initiation and prosecution of any criminal offense against the right to vote and the undertaking of all procedural/criminal measures against anyone violating the laws of the country, in cooperation and coordination with the CEC- and the State Prosecutor’s Office, but so far there have not been any reported cases.

The Kosovo Police remains committed to guaranteeing constitutional order, creating a peaceful and safe environment for all citizens, escorting the sensitive material until the end of the entire election process.
