Prishtinë, 10 November 2014On 8.11.2014 in some portals was published a video footage where appear two police officers in official vehicle, who were transporting two unauthorized civilians, behaving in contrary with the ethics and professional code of Police. The competent management of Kosovo Police has immediately undertaken all the necessary legal measures to conduct investigations for identifying police officers and possible violations by them. Today on 10.11.2014, as a result of investigations, there were identified two police officers and against them were taken immediate measures for police suspension of 48 hours, and the matter against them was proceeded to the Directorate of Professional Standards for further investigative actions. Kosovo Police thanks all the citizens for ongoing cooperation and at the same time assures the whole opinion that they are committed to undertake all the foreseen legal measures whenever any police officer contradicts with legal provisions.
