Prishtinë, 12 of November 2014 Today on 12.11.2014, at about 06:20, Kosovo Police, respectively Section of Investigation and Department of Border Police, in cooperation with other supporting units, conducted a police operation coded “Agjenti”, which resulted with the arrest of three (3) suspects. As a continuance of the police operation, three house raids in three various villages in the municipality of Shtime are conducted as well Arrested suspects are:• G.H. date of birth 1969, male K/Albanian,• Q.B. date of birth 1969, male K/Albanian,• Q.Rr. date of birth 1962, male K/Albanian,Based on the preliminary investigations, the arrested persons are suspected that in organized way, with intention of material benefit, through illegal ways or with falsified documents have taken or tried to take Kosovo citizens toward the European Countries.Regarding this case there is a based suspicion that the above suspects have committed criminal acts “organized crime, smuggling with migrants, falsification of documents and unauthorized possession of weapons and ammunition”. During the raid are found and seized in the quality of the material evidence, weapons and various ammunitions; • Hand mortar m.72, 82 mm together with three projectiles and three capsules for this weapon, • One automatic weapon m 47 Yugoslav production, • One revolver type Blow- magnum , • Over 400 pieces of ammunition of various calibers, parts and equipment for weapons as well as various documents. The police operation regarding raids and arrests was realized by the order of the Basic Court Ferizaj, while the investigations are leaded by Special Prosecution.By the order of Prosecutor suspects are detained.
