The Directorate of Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption, today afternoon, conducted a wide police operation at some locations in Prishtina region.The operation preceded a wide police investigation which is related with the ground suspect that during the period of 2009-2012, the arrested suspects have defrauded over (140) persons allegedly for building flats.The amount suspected that the suspects have managed to get from the (140) defrauded persons, in claiming to build flats which were never built, reaches over (1.7 million) euro.These funds (money) it is suspected that the suspects used for other purposes rather than building the promised flats for the casual victims. In this case, as suspected persons are arrested:
• E. B. Female K/Albanian
• V. B. Male K/Albanian
• T. B. Female K/Albanian
During this police operation various locations were raid, while the suspects are detained by the order of the competent prosecutor.
