Në vazhdën e aktiviteteve të përditshme për parandalimin e kontrabandës dhe veprave tjera penale ndërkufitare, Policia e Kosovës, konkretisht Njësia për Ndërhyrje të Shpejtë e Policisë Kufitare, DRK-Veri, gjatë patrullimit në brezin kufitar në mes të Republikës së Kosovës dhe Serbisë, kanë vërejtur një kombi Mercedes të tipit Sprinter ngjyrë e bardhë me targa serbe, që dyshohej se kishte shfrytëzuar rrugën e cila nuk është e autorizuar për kalim kufiri.

Patrulla policore ka tentuar ta ndal duke ndezur rotacionin dhe dritën vezulluese për ta ndalur, por i njëjti nuk është ndalur dhe ka tentuar t’i ik Policisë.

Pas veprimeve aktive operacionale, Policia ka arritur që në hyrje të Leposaviqit ta ndaloj automjetin e dyshuar dhe gjatë kontrollit është identifikuar edhe ngasësi i automjetit i dyshuari mashkull/s me iniciale R.K. (1973).

Gjatë realizimit të kontrollimit është konstatuar se në automjet (kombi) transportoheshin mbi 3700 kilogram mish të ndryshëm, në vlerë mbi 20 mijë euro dhe nuk kishte asnjë dokument mbi prejardhjen e mallit .

Automjeti është përcjellë dhe iu është dorëzuar autoriteteve kufitare në Leposaviq për të vazhduar me procedura të mëtutjeshme.

Tried to escape the Kosovo Police by transporting meat through illegal routes, arrested by the border fast intervention unit at the entry of Leposaviq

Following the daily activities for the prevention of smuggling and other cross-border criminal offences, Kosovo Police, specifically the Fast Intervention Unit of the Border Police, BRD-North, during patrolling in the border zone between the Republic of Kosovo and Serbia, noticed a white van Mercedes Sprinter with Serbian license plates, which was suspected of using the road that is not authorized for border crossing.

The police patrol tried to stop it by turning on the rotation and the flashing light, but it did not stop and tried to run away from the Police.

After active operational actions, the Police managed to stop the vehicle at the entry of Leposaviq and during the control the driver of the vehicle, the male suspect with the initials R.K. (1973), was also identified.

During the inspection, it was found that over 3,700 kilograms of various meats, worth over 20 thousand euros, were being transported in the vehicle (van) and there was no document on the origin of the goods.

The vehicle has been escorted and handed over to the border authorities in Leposavic to proceed with further procedures.

U nastavku svakodnevnih aktivnosti na sprečavanju krijumčarenja i drugih međugraničnih krivičnih dela, Policija Kosova, tačnije Jedinica za Brze Intervencije Granične Policije DRK-Sever, tokom patroliranja u graničnom pojasu između Republike Kosova i Srbije, primetili su kombi Mercedes Sprinter bele boje srpskih registarskih tablica, za koji se sumnjalo da koristi put koji nije dozvoljen za prelazak granice.

Policijska patrola je pokušala da ga zaustavi tako što je uključila rotaciju i trepćuće svetlo, ali se on nije zaustavio i pokušao je da pobegne policiji.

Nakon aktivnih operativnih radnji, policija je uspela da zaustavi sumnjivo vozilo na ulazu u Leposavić, a prilikom kontrole identifikovan je i vozač sumnjivog vozila, muškarac/s sa inicijalima R.K. (1973).

Uvidom je utvrđeno da je vozilom (kombi) prevezeno preko 3.700 kilograma raznog mesa, u vrednosti od preko 20.000 evra za koje ne postoji dokument o poreklu robe.

Vozilo je odvezeno u pratnji i predato graničnim organima u Leposaviću radi daljeg postupanja.
