Policia e Kosovës, Njësia e TASK FORC-ës -Lindje (e përberë nga Policia e Kosovës dhe Dogana e Kosovës) në zbatim të masave për parandalim dhe luftimin e paligjshmërisë dhe kontrabandës, kanë intensifikuar kontrollet taktike dhe operacioneve në zonën kufitare Republika e Maqedonisë së veriut dhe Republikës së Kosovës.

Më datë 23.02.2024 ,pas pranimit të një informate se një automjet VW-T5 (furgon) i bardhë me targa vendore dyshohet se është i ngarkuar me mallra të kontrabanduar, ku në bashkëpunim me Stacionin për mbikëqyrje kufitare Hani Elezit është identifikuar automjeti i dyshuar, ku drejtuesi ishte larguar nga automjeti .

Nga njësitet e lartcekura është tërhequr automjeti i dyshuar dhe është sjellë në stacionin policor në Kaçanik për identifikim dhe kontrollim pasi që ishte i ngarkuar me mallra të ndryshme.

Me datë 26.02.2024 është paraqitur drejtuesi i automjetit të dyshuar me iniciale (A. G.) i moshës 41 vjeçar nga Ferizaj.

Gjatë kontrollit të automjetit është vërejtur se kishte të ngarkuara mallra të ndryshme pa prejardhje (pa fatura) disa mallrat ishin të markave tregtare të mbrojtura që dyshohet se janë të falsifikuara si: NIKE, ADIDAS, LOUISVUITTON etj.

Vlera e mallrave sipas listës së gjetur në automjet e cila përkon me mallrat e gjetura në brendi të automjetit është rreth 20 mijë euro (20.000 €).

Lidhur me rastin të gjitha veprimet janë ndërmarrë në bashkëpunim me Prokurorinë e Shtetit, ku me urdhër të prokurorit kompetent malli i kontrabanduar sekuestrohet dhe dërgohet në Terminalin doganor për procedura të mëtejme ligjore.

Kosovo Police, the TASK FORCE Unit – East (consisting of the Kosovo Police and the Kosovo Customs) while implementing the measures to prevent and combat illegality and smuggling, have intensified its tactical checks and operations in the border area of the Republic of Macedonia north and the Republic of Kosovo.

On 23.02.2024, after receiving information that a white VW-T5 vehicle (van) with local license plates is suspected of being loaded with smuggled goods, where in cooperation with the Hani Elezit Border Surveillance Station, the suspect vehicle was identified, where the driver had left the vehicle.

The suspect vehicle was towed from the aforementioned units and brought to the police station in Kaçanik for identification and search, as it was loaded with various goods.

On 26.02.2024, the driver of the suspected vehicle with the initials (A.G.) aged 41 from Ferizaj came at the station.

During the inspection of the vehicle, it was noticed that there were loaded various goods without origin (without receipts), some goods were of protected trademarks that are suspected to be counterfeit such as: NIKE, ADIDAS, LOUISVUITTON, etc.

The value of the goods according to the list found in the vehicle, which coincides with the goods found inside the vehicle, is around 20 thousand euros (€20,000).

Regarding the case, all actions were undertaken in cooperation with the State Prosecutor’s Office, where by order of the competent prosecutor, the smuggled goods are seized and sent to the Customs Terminal for further legal procedures.

Policija Kosova, Jedinica TASK FORCE – Istok (koju čine Policija Kosova i Carina Kosova) u sprovođenju mera za sprečavanje i suzbijanje nelegalnosti i krijumčarenja, pojačala je taktičke kontrole i operacije u pograničnom području Republike Severne Makedonije i Republike Kosova.

Dana 23.02.2024.godine, po prijemu informacije da jedno vozilo VW-T5 (kombi) bele boje, lokalnih registarskih oznaka, ima utovarenu krijumčarenu robu, gde je u saradnji sa Stanicom za granični nadzor Elez Han identifikovano sumnjivo vozilo, dok je vozač napustio vozilo.

Osumnjičeno vozilo je povučeno od strane navedenih jedinica i privedeno u policijsku stanicu u Kačaniku na identifikaciju i kontrolu, jer je bilo natovareno raznim stvarima.

Dana 26.02.2024. godine predstavljen je vozač osumnjičenog vozila sa inicijalima (A.G.) star 41 godinu iz Uroševca.

Prilikom pregleda vozila uočeno je da je utovarena različita roba bez porekla (bez računa), neka roba je zaštićenih žigova za koje se sumnja da je falsifikovana kao što su: NIKE, ADIDAS, LOUISVUITTON itd.

Vrednost robe prema spisku pronađenom u vozilu, koji se poklapa sa robom pronađenom u vozilu, iznosi oko 20 hiljada evra (20.000 evra).

U vezi sa predmetom, sve radnje su preduzete u saradnji sa Državnim Tužilaštvom, gde se po nalogu nadležnog tužioca krijumčarena roba oduzima i upućuje na Carinski Terminal na dalje zakonske procedure.
