Në zonën e fshatit Banjska situata e sigurisë vazhdon të qëndrojë e tensionuar, po ashtu sulmet me armë zjarri ndaj njësiteve policore po vazhdojnë në intensitet të njëjtë, varësisht nga lëvizjet e grupeve kriminale.

Veprimet policore po realizohen sipas planifikimeve dhe zhvillimeve në terren, duke u përgjigjur në vetëmbrojtje ndaj sulmeve të adresuara ndaj zyrtarëve policorë, të cilëve po iu rrezikohet jeta e tyre e drejtpërdrejtë.

Sipas informatave zyrtare nga terreni gjatë shkëmbimit të zjarrit konfirmohet vrasja edhe e dy sulmuesve të tjerë, të cilët kanë qenë të maskuar, të uniformuar dhe të armatosur rëndë, e po ashtu konfirmohet edhe arrestimi i një sulmuesi të uniformuar dhe të armatosur. Si pasojë e sulmeve një zyrtar policor i PK-së ka pësuar lëndime kryesisht të lehta.

Gjatë veprimeve policore në një lokacion banimi i cili është përdorur nga sulmuesit, janë gjetur pajisje logjistike, mjete të dyshuara ushtarake, uniforma ushtarake si arme dhe municion të kalibrave të ndryshëm.

Po ashtu njësitet policore gjatë ushtrimit të pikë kontrollit rutinë të automjeteve, në zonën e fshatit Rudare ka ndaluar katër persona të dyshuar të cilët janë hasur nën posedim ilegal të radiolidhjeve, të cilët dyshohet se ndërlidhen me grupet kriminale, ku të gjitha veprimet e mëtejme ndaj tyre do të ndërmerren në bashkëpunim dhe koordinim me organet e drejtësisë.

Informacionet zyrtare të deritanishme konfirmojnë vrasjen e tre sulmuesve, arrestimin e një sulmuesi, arrestimin e katër personave të dyshuar të cilët janë hasur nën posedim të radiolidhjeve, si dhe identifikimin e një sasie të konsiderueshme të armeve, municionit dhe pajisjeve të ndryshme.

Policia e Kosovës vazhdon t’iu bëjë thirrje grupeve kriminale që të dorëzohen para organeve të drejtësisë dhe njëkohësisht fton qytetarët që të bashkëpunojnë me organet e rendit, në interes të qetësimit të situatës dhe sigurisë së përgjithshme.

Hetimet dhe ekzaminimi i vendit të ngjarjes po vazhdon në bashkëpunim dhe koordinim me të gjitha institucionet relevante, përfshirë Inspektoratin Policor të Kosovës.

Na području sela Banjska bezbednosna situacija i dalje ostaje napeta, a napadi vatrenim oružjem na policijske jedinice se nastavljaju istim intenzitetom, u zavisnosti od kretanja kriminalnih grupa.

Policijske akcije sprovode se prema planovima i dešavanjima na terenu, reagujući u samoodbrani na napade na policijske službenike, čiji su životi direktno ugroženi.

Prema zvaničnim informacijama sa terena prilikom razmene vatre, potvrđeno je ubistvo još dvojice napadača, koji su bili maskirani, uniformisani i teško naoružani, a potvrđeno je i hapšenje uniformisanog i naoružanog napadača. Kao posledica napada, jedan službenik policije PK-a je zadobio uglavnom lakše povrede.

Tokom policijskih akcija u jednoj stambenoj lokaciji koju su koristili napadači pronađena je logistička oprema, sumnjiva vojna oruđa, vojna uniforma, kao i oružje i municija različitog kalibra.

Takođe, policijske jedinice su tokom obavljanja rutinske kontrole vozila, na području sela Rudare, zaustavile četvoricu osumnjičenih kod kojih su zatečeni u nedozvoljenom posedu radio-veza, a za koje se sumnja da su povezani sa kriminalnim grupama, gde će sve dalje radnje nad njima biti preduzete u saradnji i koordinaciji sa pravosudnim organima.

Dosadašnje zvanične informacije potvrđuju ubistvo trojice napadača, hapšenje jednog napadača, hapšenje četvorice osumnjičenih kod kojih su pronađene radio-veze, kao i identifikacija značajne količine oružja, municije i različite opreme.

Policija Kosova nastavlja da poziva kriminalne grupe da se predaju pravosudnim organima i istovremeno poziva građane na saradnju sa organima za sprovođenje zakona, u interesu smirivanja situacije i opšte bezbednosti.

Istraga i uviđaj lica mesta se nastavlja u saradnji i koordinaciji sa svim relevantnim institucijama, uključujući Policijski Inspektorat Kosova.

In the Banjska village area the security situation continues to remain tense, as well as the attacks with firearms against police units are continuing with the same intensity all that depending on the movements of criminal groups.

Police actions are being carried out based on the planning and the developments on the ground, responding in self-defense to attacks directed at police officers, whose lives are being directly endangered.

According to official information from the field during the exchange of fire, it is confirmed the killing of two other attackers, who were masked, uniformed and heavily armed and the arrest of a uniformed and armed attacker is also confirmed. As a result of the attacks, one KP police officer suffered mainly minor injuries.

During the police actions in a residential location which was used by the attackers, logistical equipment, suspected military vehicles, military uniforms as well as weapons and ammunition of different calibers were found.

Also, police units during the exercise of a routine checkpoint of vehicles, in the Rudare village area, detained four suspects who were found in illegal possession of radios, who are suspected of being related to criminal groups, where all further actions against them will be undertaken in cooperation and coordination with the justice bodies.

The official information received so far confirm the killing of three attackers, the arrest of one attacker, the arrest of four suspects who were found in possession of radio communications, as well as the identification of a significant amount of weapons, ammunition and various equipment.

Kosovo Police continues to call on criminal groups to surrender to the justice authorities and at the same time invites citizens to cooperate with the law enforcement agencies, in the interest of calming the situation and general security.

The investigation and examination of the scene is continuing in cooperation and coordination with all relevant institutions, including the Kosovo Police Inspectorate.​

Situata në Veri të vendit, konkretisht në zonën e fshatit Banjska vazhdon të jetë e tensionuar, grupet kriminale kohë pas kohe po sulmojnë me armë zjarri njësitet policore në teren, të cilat edhe përkundër sulmeve ndaj tyre po vazhdojnë angazhimin duke krijuar perimetër të sigurisë, në interes të qetësimit të situatës, ofrimit të sigurisë dhe sundimit të rendit dhe ligjit në Kosovë.

Sulmuesit profesional në numër të konsiderueshëm, të maskuar e të uniformuar me uniforma të ndryshme, të armatosur me armë të rënda, granata, mjete ushtarake (zolla), disa mjete të blinduara, po shfrytëzojnë hapësira dhe objekte të ndryshme, private, përfshirë në dhe përreth manastirit në Banjska, për të kryer lëvizje, strehim dhe pozicionim për gjuajtje me armë zjarri ndaj njësiteve policore të PK-së.

Njësitet policore konform situatës dhe rrezikut të shfaqur nga sulmet sporadike të grupeve kriminale, në vetëmbrojtje të tyre dhe të qytetarëve të asaj zone, janë detyruar t’iu kundërpërgjigjen grupeve kriminale, ku referuar informacioneve të deritanishme, një nga sulmuesit është vrarë.

Referuar situatës dhe rrethanave të krijuara, Policia e Kosovës për shkaqe sigurie ka mbyllur për qarkullim kufitar dy vendkalimet kufitare në veri (Jarinje dhe Bërnjak), andaj fton të gjithë qytetarët që të shfrytëzojnë pikat tjera kufitare për qarkullim si dhe të shmangun daljet dhe lëvizjet e tyre në atë rajon/zonë.

Bashkëpunimi dhe koordinimi i Policisë së Kosovës me institucionet kompetente vendore dhe ndërkombëtare po vazhdon, me qëllim të ruajtjes së rendit dhe sigurisë publike si dhe sjelljes para organeve të drejtësisë së kryerësve të sulmeve të vazhdueshme ndaj zyrtarëve policorë dhe njëherit fton ata që të dorëzohen para organeve të rendit.

Situacija na severu zemlje, tačnije u ataru sela Banjska i dalje je napeta, kriminalne grupe s vremena na vreme vatrenim oružjem napadaju policijske jedinice na terenu koje uprkos napadima na njih, nastavljaju svoja angažovanja stvaranjem bezbednosnog perimetra, u interesu smirivanja situacije, pružanja bezbednosti i vladavine zakona i reda na Kosovu.

Značajan broj profesionalnih napadača, maskiranih i uniformisanih u različitim uniformama, naoružanih teškim naoružanjem, granatama, vojnim oruđem (zolama), pojedinim oklopnim vozilima, koriste različite privatne prostore i objekte, uključujući u i oko manastira u Banjskoj za kretanje, za sklonište i pozicioniranje za pucanje na policijske jedinice PK-a.

Saradnja i koordinacija Policije Kosova sa nadležnim domaćim i međunarodnim institucijama se nastavlja u cilju održavanja reda i javne bezbednosti, kao i izvođenja pred organe pravde izvršilaca kontinuiranih napada na policijske službenike, a istovremeno ih poziva da se predaju pred organima reda.

The situation in the North of the country, specifically in the area of the village of Banjska, continues to be tense, criminal groups from time to time are attacking police units in the field with firearms, which, despite the attacks on them they are continuing their engagement by creating a security perimeter, towards calming the situation, providing security and the rule of law and order in Kosovo.

Professional attackers that are significant in number, masked and uniformed with different uniforms, armed with heavy weapons, grenades, military tools (zolla), some armored vehicles, are using various private spaces and objects, including in and around the monastery in Banjska, to carry out movement, shelter and positioning for shooting at KP police units.

Police units conform to the situation and the danger presented by the sporadic attacks coming from criminal groups, in self-defense and to the defense of citizens of that area, have been forced to respond to the criminal groups, where according to the information so far, one of the attackers has been killed.

Referring to the situation and circumstances created, the Kosovo Police for security reasons has closed the two border crossings in the north (Jarinje and Bërnjak) for border traffic, therefore invites all citizens to use the other border points for traffic and to avoid their exits and movements in that region/area.

The cooperation and coordination of the Kosovo Police with the competent local and international institutions is continuing, with the aim of maintaining order and public safety, as well as bringing before the bodies of justice the perpetrators of continuous attacks on police officers and at the same time invites them to surrender before the bodies of law enforcement.

Policia e Kosovës (PK) në vazhdën e realizmit të detyrave dhe autorizimeve të saja kushtetuese dhe ligjore, sipas detyrës zyrtare ka të angazhuara njësi patrulluese në nivel vendi, me qëllim të kryerjes së detyrave policore në interes të ruajtjes së rendit dhe qetësisë publike si dhe ofrimit të sigurisë ndaj të gjithë qytetarëve të Republikës së Kosovës pa dallim.

Gjatë realizimit të detyrave policore, sot rreth orës 02:34 në Mitrovicë Veri, njësia për ndërhyrje të shpejtë e policisë kufitare ka vërejtur se në hyrje të fshatit Banjskë, në urë janë vendosur dy mjetet të rënda kamion (pa targa) dhe hyrja në këtë fshat përmes urës nuk mund të bëhet, pasi e njëjta është bllokuar.

Njësitë e rendit të Stacionit Policor Zveqan, pas pranimit të informacionit i janë përgjigjur rastit dhe janë nisur me tri njësi në drejtim të lokacionit dhe posa kanë mbërri në afërsi të vendit ku është raportuar bllokada, njësitë policore kanë hasur në rezistencë ku nga disa pozicione të ndryshme janë gjuajtur me arsenal armësh të zjarrit, përfshirë këtu edhe me granata dore dhe zollë, ku si pasojë e gjuajtjeve janë qëlluar me armë zjarri dy zyrtarë policorë.

Njësitet policore në vetëmbrojtje i janë përgjigjur sulmit dhe kanë arritur që ta zmbrapsin sulmin fillestar për të krijuar kushte për dhënien e ndihmës dhe tërheqjen e kolegëve të qëlluar me armë zjarri.

Zyrtarët policorë të plagosur janë tërhequr nga lokacioni dhe janë transportuar në Spitalin Rajonal në Mitrovicë Jugu, ku nga mjeku kujdestar është konstatuar vdekja e njërit nga zyrtarët policor të plagosur rëndë, ndërsa dy zyrtarë të tjerë, njëri i plagosur dhe tjetri i lënduar, sipas mjekëve janë jashtë rrezikut për jetë dhe të njëjtit janë transportuar në SHSKUK për trajtim të mëtutjeshëm mjekësor.

Të gjitha njësitë policore relevante sipas profileve janë aktivizuar në teren, të njëjtat kohë pas kohe janë duke u sulmuar me armë zjarri nga pozicione të ndryshme, nga grupe të organizuara dhe të armatosura.

Policia e Kosovës në bashkëpunim dhe koordinim me institucionet kompetente dhe organet e drejtësisë, po ndërmerr veprimet e saja me qëllim të ruajtjes së rendit dhe sigurisë publike si dhe sjelljes para organeve të drejtësisë së kryerësve të sulmeve ndaj zyrtarëve policor.

Policija Kosova (PK) je u skladu sa svojim ustavnim i zakonskim obavezama i ovlašćenjima, prema svojim službenim dužnostima, angažovala patrolne jedinice na nivou zemlje, u cilju obavljanja policijskih dužnosti u interesu održavanja javnog reda i mira, kao i pružanju bezbednosti svim građanima Republike Kosova bez razlike.

Prilikom obavljanja policijskih dužnosti, danas oko 02:34 časova u Mitrovici Sever, jedinica za brzu intervenciju granične policije primetila je da su na ulazu sela Bajnsko na mostu postavljena dva teška kamiona (bez registarskih oznaka) i ulaz u ovo selo preko mosta je onemogućen, pošto je blokiran.

Jedinice reda Policijske Stanice Zvečan, po dobijanju obaveštenja, reagovale su na slučaj i krenule sa tri jedinice u pravcu lokacije i čim su stigle u blizini mesta gde je prijavljena blokada, policijske jedinice su naišle na otpor gde je sa nekih položaja pucano iz arsenala vatrenog oružja, uključujući ručne bombe i zolje, pri čemu su usled hitaca upucana dva policajca.

Jedinice policije su u samoodbrani reagovale na napad i uspele da odbiju početni napad kako bi stvorili uslove za pružanje pomoći i povlačenje upucanih kolega.

Povređeni policajci su izvučeni sa lokacije i prevezeni u Regionalnu bolnicu u Mitrovici Jug, gde je lekar konstatovao smrt jednog od teško povređenih policajaca, dok su druga dva službenika, jedan ranjen, a drugi povređen, prema rečima lekara van životne opasnosti i prevezeni su u BKUSK na dalje lečenje.

Na terenu su aktivirane sve relevantne policijske jedinice po profilima, koje su s vremena na vreme napadnute vatrenim oružjem sa različitih položaja, od organizovanih i naoružanih grupa.

Policija Kosova, u saradnji i koordinaciji sa nadležnim institucijama i pravosudnim organima, preduzima radnje u cilju održavanja reda i javne bezbednosti, kao i izvođenja pred organima pravde izvršilaca napada na policijske službenike.

The Kosovo Police (KP) during the realization of its constitutional and legal duties and authorizations and according to its official duties, has engaged patrol units at the country level, with the aim of performing police duties in the interest of maintaining public peace and order as well as providing security to all citizens of the Republic of Kosovo regardless.

While performing its duties police duties, today around 02:34 in Mitrovica North, the unit for fast intervention of the border police noticed that at the entrance to the village of Bajnskë, two heavy trucks (without license plates) were placed on the bridge and the entrance to this village through the bridge cannot be done, as it is blocked.

The units of public order at the Zveqan Police Station, after receiving the information, responded to the case and went with three units in the direction of the location and as soon as they arrived near the location where the blockade was reported, the police units encountered resistance where from some positions of different people were shot with an arsenal of firearms, including hand grenades and stun guns, where as a result of the shots, two police officers were shot.

Police units responded to the attack in self-defense and managed to back off the initial attack to create conditions for providing aid and withdrawing colleagues who were shot.

The injured police officers were pulled from the location and transported to the Regional Hospital in South Mitrovica, where the attending physician confirmed the death of one of the seriously injured police officers, while two other officers, one wounded and the other injured, according to the doctors are out of danger for life and the same have been transported to SHSKUK for further medical treatment.

All the relevant police units according to the profiles have been activated in the field, the same from time to time are being attacked with firearms from different positions, by organized and armed groups.

The Kosovo Police, in cooperation and coordination with the competent institutions and justice bodies, is undertaking its actions with the aim of maintaining order and public safety, as well as bringing before the justice bodies the perpetrators of attacks on police officers.
