General Director of Kosovo Police, Mr. Samedin Mehmeti, as part of the meetings held in Washington D.C., USA, also met Deputy Assistant Lisa A. Johnson of the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) at the State Department, with whom he discussed topics of mutual interest as well as issues affecting the professional development of the police.

The meeting was held in a very positive spirit and was considered of particular importance, characterized by the advancement and increasing cooperation in various fields, in particular in supporting and strengthening the exchange of information, provision of training, and best practices in the fight against crime in general and in the joint fight against narcotics in particular.

The Kosovo Police will continue to achieve its goal of strengthening cooperation and international relations with various agencies, particularly with INL, to whom it is grateful for the continuous support and assistance.
