Prishtinë, 22 October 2014 On 21.10.2014, Kosovo Police, respectively Directorate for Investigation of Trafficking with Human Beings (DITHB) after a long investigation, has managed to identify and through a tactical operational plan to arrest six (6) suspects, under grounded suspicion to having committed the criminal offence ‘trafficking with humans’ as well as in cooperation, assisting the perpetrators in committing the offence, have recruited and kept under control the female victim 15 years old. The police operation was conducted in the Ferizaj region by the Directorate for Investigation of Trafficking with Human beings of Kosovo Police, where the suspects are arrested, and who committed this activity in cooperation for benefit of sexual and financial services.The arrested persons are:• A. S. born in 1994 m/a/k• B. G. born in 1978 m/a/k• A. Z. born in 1985 m/a/k• L. T. born in 1981 m/a/k• A. A. born in 1981 m/a/k• M. S. born in 1963 m/a/k Based on the preliminary investigations, there is grounded suspicion that the suspect M.S has cooperated in committing the offence with the person A.S where the same has assisted the suspect by avoiding the hurdles for committing the offence and had hidden the evidences of this offence, and with the order of the prosecutor the houses of the suspects were raid and seized: • one (1) pistol of EKOLL SPECIAL type, 9 mm caliber,• one (1) magazine of the same pistol• one (1) knife,• two (2) telephonesAll the police actions regarding this police operation are conducted under the authorization of the respective prosecutor where the suspects are stopped for 48 hours in the detention center.
