Policia e Kosovës, në vazhdën e luftës dhe parandalimit të trafikimit me lëndë narkotike, në dy raste të ndara, në tre rajone të ndryshme ka sekuestruar lëndë narkotike të dyshuara për kokainë dhe marihuanë si dhe ka arrestuar tre persona të dyshuar për përfshirje në veprat penale të narkotikëve.

Rasti i parë, Operacioni policor i zhvilluar në rajonin e Prizrenit dhe Gjakovës ;

Si rezultat i hetimeve disamujore bazuar edhe në urdhëresën me shkrim për kontrollë të lëshuar nga gjykata kompetente, me datë 28.03.2024 Drejtoria për Hetimin e Trafikimit me Narkotik me njësitë e saj vartëse në Prizren dhe Gjakovë si dhe në asistencë të NjRSh-së dhe Forenzikës Kriminalistike kanë realizuar kontrolle në pronat e tre të dyshuarve meshkuj kosovarë.

Si prova materiale gjatë këtij operacioni janë sekuestruar dëshmitë si në vijim:

• Disa qese plastike me substancë narkotike të dyshuar të llojit Kokainë (me peshë të përgjithshme 487.96 gram)

• Dy peshore elektronike

• Tre (3) foli plastike

• Një (1) role alumini

• Dy (2) shirita ngjitës/izolir

• Një (1) qese plastike me substancë të dyshuar narkotike e llojit Marihuanë me peshë 0.95 gram

• Tre (3) telefona mobil

• Një armë zjarri ( pistoletë ) me 49 fishekë

• Një veturë me targa vendore.

Lidhur me rastin njëri nga të dyshuarit ndodhet në arrati teksa dy nga të dyshuarit tjerë janë intervistuar në prezencë të avokatëve mbrojtës dhe pas intervistimit me vendim mbi ndalim nga prokurori i shtetit janë ndaluar për 48 orë.

Rasti i dytë, Rajoni i Pejës;

Njësia për Hetimin e Trafikimit me Narkotik-Pejë pas një pune operativo hetimore në teren, me datë 28.03.2024 në Pejë ka ndaluar të dyshuarin mashkull kosovar me veturë (me targa vendore).

Ndaj të dyshuarit është kryer një kontroll rutinore me ç‘rast në një pako cigaresh i janë gjetur 3 joint ( cigare e mbështjellur me Marihuanë) në peshë prej 2.3 gramësh.

Në konsultim me prokurorin është kontrolluar edhe banesa e të dyshuarit të lartcekur në prani të avokatit të tij, ku gjatë kontrollit në banesë i janë gjetur:

• Një sasi e substancës së dyshuar narkotike e llojit Marihuanë në peshë prej 28.01 gram,

• Një grinder për përgatitje/bluarje të mariahunës,

• Gjashtëmbëdhjetë (16) fara të llojit Kanabis Sativa,

• Dy gota qelqi me një lëngë që dyshohet të jetë i llojit Kanabis Sativa me peshë rreth 50ml secila prej tyre,

• Nëntë (9) vazo të vogla të dyshuara si të mbjellura me fara të Kanabis Sativa dhe

• Të holla në vlerë prej 34.752 Euro.

Lidhur me rastin i dyshuari është intervistuar në prani të avokatit mbrojtës dhe me vendim të prokurorit kujdestar është lëshuar vendim mbi ndalimin në afat prej 48 orësh.

The Kosovo Police, in the series of the combat and the prevention of trafficking with narcotics, in two separate cases, in three different regions, seized narcotics suspected to be cocaine and marijuana and arrested three suspects for involvement in criminal offenses with narcotics.

The first case, the police operation conducted in the region of Prizren and Gjakova;

As a result of several months of investigations based on the written order for searches issued by the competent court, dated 28.03.2024, the Directorate for the Investigation of Trafficking in Narcotics with its subordinate units in Prizren and Gjakovë, as well as with the assistance of the National Investigation Agency and Forensics Criminalistics have carried out checks on the properties of three Kosovar male suspects.

As material evidence, the following were seized during this operation:

• Several plastic bags with a suspected narcotic substances type Cocaine (with a total weight of 487.96 grams)

• Two electronic scales

• Three (3) plastic foils

• One (1) aluminum foil

• Two (2) adhesive tapes

• One (1) plastic bag with suspected marijuana-type narcotic substance weighing 0.95 grams

• Three (3) mobile phones

• A firearm (pistol) with 49 cartridges

• A car with local license plates.

Related to the case, one of the suspects is on the run, while other two suspects were interviewed in the presence of the defense lawyers and after the interview with a decision on detention by the state prosecutor, they were detained for 48 hours.

The second case, Peja Region;

The Unit for the Investigation of Trafficking with Narcotics -Peja, after an operational investigative work in the field, on 28.03.2024 in Peja, stopped the Kosovar male suspect in a car (with local license plates).

A routine check was carried out on the suspect, in which case 3 joints (cigarettes marijuana) weighing 2.3 grams were found in a pack of cigarettes.

In consultation with the prosecutor, the apartment of the aforementioned suspect was searched in the presence of his lawyer, where during the search the following were found in his apartment:

• A quantity of the suspected narcotic substance of the Marijuana type weighing 28.01 grams,

• A grinder for preparing/grinding marihuana,

• Sixteen (16) Cannabis Sativa seeds,

• Two glasses with a liquid suspected to be of the Cannabis Sativa type weighing about 50ml each,

• Nine (9) small pots suspected to be planted with Cannabis Sativa seeds and

• Money in the amount of 34,752 Euros.

In relation to the case, the suspect was interviewed in the presence of the defense lawyer and with the decision of the prosecutor on duty, a decision on 48h detention hours was issued.
