Prishtinë, 20 November 2014Today on 20.11.2014, at about 09:00 the Counter Terrorism Directorate in coordination with the Regional Directorate of Prishtina and by the order of the Basic Court of Prishtina, have conducted a police operation in the city of Prishtina.The police operation was conducted under the grounded suspicion of committing the criminal offence of ‘organizing and participating in terrorist group’Regarding this case there was arrested the suspect:• B. B. born in 1985 m/a/k The suspect is alleged to having committed the criminal offence according to the article 143 of the Kosovo Criminal Code, who has been wanted by the police since 11 August 2014 and has stand in escape so far. All the police actions regarding this case were committed under the authorization of the Basic Prosecution, while the suspect was given the detention measure of 48 hours.
