After a several months’ investigation, four female victims were identified and detected, who were held under the full control of the suspect, who had deceived and forced them to satisfy his sexual desires without their will.Directorate of Investigation of Trafficking with Human Beings (DHTQNJ), arrested a suspect, under the ground suspicion to have committed the criminal offenses ‘sexual harassment’, ‘fraud’ and ‘illegal possession of firearms ‘Police investigators conducted a police operation, which has been realized on 21 January 2014 and it has been based on the previous received information that the already arrested suspect has been dealing with a criminal activity, committing criminal acts ‘sexual harassment’ and ‘fraud’.According to the information collected, after an operational-investigative work that lasted several months on the field, police investigators located the victims’ residence.The already identified victims were kept under the complete control by the suspect, where there is a ground suspicion of having committed the criminal offenses mentioned above, by pushing female persons to exhibit intimate body parts that degrade the sexual integrity of the person.The suspect, also presented false evidences, allegedly for the purpose of employment in different countries of the world, where he had deceived and forced them to satisfy his sexual desires without their will.The suspect is also suspected for the criminal offense ‘illegal possession of firearms’, weapons that were found during the search of his house.During a search of the suspect’s house there were found and seized:
• a carbine rifle caliber M.48
• a semi-automatic weapon caliber 7.62
• 30 (thirty) rifle cartridges caliber M.48
• 15 (fifteen) cartridges caliber 7.62
• two cell phones
• a computer Central Unit
• Several birth certificates, citizenship certificates of different persons, as evidences related to the suspicion of criminal offenses.
The suspect with the decision of the respective prosecutor has been imposed the detention measure of 48 hours, for further proceedings.
