Directorate of Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption, unit in Gjilan, today on (24.9.2014) conducted a police operation where a suspect has been arrested on the grounded suspicion to have committed the criminal offence ‘misuse of official position or authority’.
The arrested person is:
• R. L. officer in the municipality of Kamenica
Based on the preliminary police investigations, the suspect already arrested by police, by his illegal actions has supported economic operators in Kamenica in making fictive documents, who have illegally exploited the gravel.
All police actions regarding this case have been conducted with the authorization of the respective prosecutor and against the suspect the detention measure of 48 hours has been imposed for further investigative proceedings.
