Kosovo Police, respectively police station in Peja, on 25.01.2014 about 18:30 was informed that in Qyshk village has occurred a murder.To the scene of event initially were responded police patrols, who have secured the scene. There was immediately also notified the state prosecutor, Regional Investigation Unit, Technical Crime Unit and other units necessary in this case, who have emerged to the scene. The state prosecutor also responded the scene.According to investigations an the scene, it is known that the victim of this event is Dardan Berisha (1991) from Qyshk village – municipality of Peja.According to the preliminary investigations, this event had come as a consequence of a physical-verbal spat between the suspect and victim, and afterward was used a sharp tool – knife from the suspect, citizen Zekë D. (1991) from Pavlan village municipality of Peja. As a consequence of the hit with this tool, the victim despite the efforts of the medical team has died at 19:35 in the regional emergency hospital in Peja, according to the medical confirmation of this hospital. With the decision of the state prosecutor, the dead body of the victim was sent for autopsy. The suspect was arrested with the decision of the state prosecutor and is in detention, to proceed with other legal procedures. The case will be proceded by the murder section of the Regional Investigation Unit – RDP – Pejë.
