On 12.11.2014 at about 22:30, the suspect, Kosovo Albanian citizen S.B.(1978) had reported the case of “aggravated theft”.According to the suspect, his wife of the Bosnian nationality, A. S. at the time when the suspect was not at home, she had left the home revolted by the behavior of the suspect and had taken away 17.000 €uro cash, which belonged to the suspect. After reporting of the case, the Investigation Unit at the Police station in Peja, was intensely engaged to solve in detail this case. After an intensive investigation work, the suspect S. B. has admitted that his written statement made for the earlier case was mainly untrue. According to him, he was pushed to do this in attempt to make pressure to his wife not to abandon him.The case was presented to the state prosecutor, who required that against the suspect to raise the criminal charge for the criminal offence “false charge”. The case is proceeded by the Investigation Unit within the Peja Police Station.
