Kosovo Police, respectively the Unit for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption – Gjilan, after receiving some information, has started the investigative actions in providing the relevant evidences under the suspicion of committing the criminal offence “usury”.

The police investigators while treating the case have also used the covert measures of investigation where have provided some data suspected that the suspects F.D (born on 979) and J.D (born on 1949) male, Kosovars, have offered a citizen 226,000.00 (two hundred twenty six thousand) Euro in different periods, with the interest 30%, where the citizen was obliged to return to suspects 294,000.00 (two hundred ninety four thousand) Euro.

In the framework of investigative actions, today on 04.06.2020, according to the order of the Basic Court – Gjilan, there has been controlled the house and other accompanying objects property of the suspects who have been interviewed at the presence of their attorneys assigned ex officio.

After the interview, by the ruling of the case prosecutor, the suspect F.D has been detained for 48 hours, while the suspect J.D has been released in regular procedure.
