Kosovo Police in the course of
several months’ investigations by the competent investigators in the region of
Mitrovica, related to combating the phenomena of usury, interviewed and
arrested two persons suspected to have committed the criminal offence “usury”.
The arrested suspects are:

• G. G.                           born
  on 1966             m/k/a
• B. Z.                            born on 1979             m/k/a          

G.
G. is the suspected person for giving money (usury), and for not being able to
pay the debt on time, he took the victim 25000 euro and a parcel of 129 m².

While
the person B. Z. in cooperation with another person, is suspected to have taken
a flat of 120 m² from the victim as a compensation for a small amount of money
he owned them.

After
the necessary consultations with the prosecutor on duty the suspects have been given
the detention measure of 48 hours.
