Three suspects arrested in the midday on 30
Maj 2017, in one of the villages of the responsibility area in the police
station in Skenderaj.

The relevant police units responded to the
information received from the complainer F.R., 52 years-old, where initially it
was said that in his house yard in the village Vajnik, there was found an
unexploded hand grenade, where upon arriving at the scene Police notices that
besides the hand grenade in the location there were heard fire shots. 

Based on the initial investigation actions it
is known that the situation occurred because of a problem between the case
victim and three suspects, where according the circumstances and the provided
evidence, the suspects besides throwing the grenade in the victims’ yard they
shot with the fire arms. As material evidences there were found 26 cartridges
of various calibers, while the respective police units for treatment of
unexploded means made the grenade explode in a controlled way.  

On the grounded suspicion and evidences
provided as suspects there were arrested I. A., 50 years-old, H. A., 56 years-old
and H. A., 60 years-old. With the decision of the case prosecutor three
suspects have been given the police detention measure.

          The case of the criminal offence is
being investigated as ‘causing general danger’.
