Referring the statements and publishing of some media that allegedly some buses with protesters who were going to the protest which was planned to be held in Rudarë – Zveqan, have been obstructed by Kosovo Police, are not true.

Police while performing their tasks and legal authorizations in guaranteeing the law and safety have stopped one bus for a routine control and during the verification process of documents, several individuals refused to be legitimated by the competent authorities, therefore they were returned voluntarily (willingly).

Kosovo Police in a previous press release prior the protest, emphasized the legal right of each citizen to protest peacefully as well as about the police commitment in respecting the human rights and freedoms, regardless.

According to evaluations on the field, at about 13:00 o’clock, in the protest which ended peacefully, without any incident, participated 1.500 participants.
