The Directorate of Investigation of Trafficking with Narcotics, conducted
operations in  Gilan and Gjakova, to
fight the trafficking with narcotics.

The police operation in the Gilani region, was conducted in the village
Novosello of Kamenica municipality that produced the confiscation of an amount
of 19.370 grams of substance suspected to be narcotics and arrested two
suspects:

 I. R. male, kosovar albanian,

A. R. male, kosovar albanian, (1988)

The suspects have been
arrested since they are caught on the act while unloading the narcotics from
“Golf 5” vehicle, in the suspect’s ownership.

The state prosecutor and
pretrial judge is informed related to the case and by their order, the house of
the abovementioned persons was searched, in the house basement are found two packages
of narcotic substances type “Marihuana”.

While in the Gjakova region,
the directorate of Investigation of Trafficking with Narcotics during the joint
operation resulted in the search that produced the confiscation of one weapon
and bullets.

The suspect L. A.  male, Kosovo Albanian, (1988), was arrested
and detained in Gjakova.

During this joint operation,
in the capacity of the material evidences are seized:

·        19.370 grams of substance suspected to be
marihuana

·        Vehicle ‘Golf 5 ‘

·        One weapon ‘AK-47’

·        24 rounds, 7. 62mm

·        One digital weight

·        One mobile phone ‘Samsung’

All the actions undertaken
by the Directorate were in coordination with the State Prosecutor in Gjilane
and Gjakova and by their decision the suspects are sent in detention.
