The General Director of Kosovo Police Mr. Rashit Qalaj with its senior management as well as accompanied by the Minister of MIA Mr. Ekrem Mustafa, after the successful police operation visited the Special Unit camp ‘Belvedere’ in Mitrovica.

This visit was mainly of the supporting character for the police units including the specialized units in the uncompromised combat towards the criminal activities.

After this visit, the delegation headed to the Gjakova region where also conducted a visit to the police officer who was wounded during the police operation.

The Minister and the General Director wished the wounded police officer quick recovery and returning to the duty to serve the Country citizens.

Kosovo Police remains committed in guaranteeing the order and safety of all citizens, and in undertaking the legal actions against each individual involved in illegal activities regardless of the role and function they have.
