Within the operational plan of the Task Force, in the border area “East”, Kosovo Police in two separate cases managed to prevent smuggling in goods.

On 27.06.2023 at about 00:25 in the entrance of the village Pasjan a vehicle Mercedes with Serbian license plates was stopped, driven by the suspect M. S., as well as the other vehicle Mercedes with Serbian license plates was stopped, driven by the suspect Z. I.

During the control at the first vehicle there have been found and confiscated 35 crates of 20 bottles of alcohol drinks, while at the second car are found and confiscated 29 crates of 20 bottles of alcoholic drinks.

In talks with the on duty prosecutor, the confiscated goods were taken at the customs terminal and the case is under investigation by the competent unit.
