The responsibility area of RDP – Ferizaj, covers a surface of 1018 km2 and has 185,695 residents. Within this directorate operate police stations of Ferizaj, Shtime, Kaçanik, Shtërpcë, Hani i Elezit. The characteristic of this directorate is that in the responsibility area is the highway which is characterized by the greatest trafficking in the Country, the road connecting two capitals Prishtina and Skopje.
