First case:

Kosovo Police, respectively the Directorate for Investigation of Trafficking with Narcotics, has conducted a police operation, where from the controls done in some locations is found an alleged substance of narcotics. 

The police operation was conducted in the Ferizaj region, where the police units of DITN have controlled a yard and its additional facilities into three separate locations and have found ten jars filled with narcotics suspected to be Marijuana. 

After weighing, the overall amount of narcotics together with jars was 13 kilograms and 598 grams. 

After examining the scene and collecting material evidences, the forensics will proceed the evidences for further examination. 

Second case:

In the second case, on 25th of October 2016, DITN during the operational tasks in the field have provided information that two suspects are dealing with trafficking drugs.

By the order of the prosecutor, the house of a suspect was raided and there was found a consider amount of narcotics.

The suspects arrested in this case are:

• B. V. born on 1966 m/a/k

• D. V. born in 1989 m/a/k

During the raid at the roof of the suspect’s house are found 18 packages with marijuana.

As material evidences, there were found 19 kilograms and 699 grams of narcotics, alleged to be marijuana. 

  Regarding the case and by the decision of the prosecutor, the first suspect was taken to the detention centre, while the second suspect was released in regular procedure.
