On 22.08.2016, the
Directorate for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption, based on the
order of the Basic Court in Prishtina, has conducted a successful police
operation related the case of Usury.

As a result of police actions, an apartment which is alleged
to be property of the suspects was controlled, and there were arrested two
Albanian-N males, suspected being involved on giving money with usury, an act
sanctioned pursuant article 343 of CCRK.

The arrested suspects are suspected that during 2015 have
given the victim Albanian-N male money with usury in amount of 31.850 Euro,
while the damaged person so far has returned the amount of 57.300 Euro.

Police Units during implementation the raid, have seized a
pistol, which is suspected to having been held illegally by the suspects.

The suspects M. B. born in 1957 and F. B. born in 1983,
after the interview and by the order of the prosecutor were taken to the
custody.
