Prishtina, 12th of December 2024

Kosovo Police respectively the Department of Investigation of Organized and Serious Crimes in cooperation with Sector of Regional Investigation – Gjakova, after receiving the information that one suspect, male Kosovar committed a criminal offense “Usury” against the victim Kosovar, male, they immediately implemented special investigative measures where the male, Kosovar suspect was arrested on act while receiving the payments of the interest from the victim.

Related to the case, by the order of the court, a search of his house and additional facilities was conducted and during the search there have been found and seized the following evidences:

• 10.000 euro cash

• One cell phone

• One vehicle with local license plates

• As well as one notebook and other relevant evidences for the case.

By the order of the prosecutor, the suspect after the interrogation was sent on 48 hour detention.
