After investigations conducted from the Section of Investigations of Trafficking with Human Beings, ordered from the Basic Prosecution, Department of Serious Crimes in Ferizaj, on 12 January 2017, conducted an operational tactical plan for arresting several suspects under the grounded suspicion to have committed the criminal offence “Trafficking with Human Beings”.

       The suspected criminal group is suspected that in a bar of Shtime forced three victims, juvenile females, to provide obliged services, sexual use. 

Police arrested the four below-mentioned suspects for being involved in this criminal case:

• A.F                         born on 1989                          male, citizen of Kosovo,

• RR.M                     born on 1995                          male, citizen of Kosovo,

• F.B                         born on 1991                          male, citizen of Kosovo and

• T.L                         born on 1972                          male, citizen of Kosovo.

While conducting this police operation, for arresting suspects, as material evidences there have been seized: 

• 4 (four) mobile phones, 

• 1 (one) spray OC and 

• 1 (one) sharp tool – knife.

Also, in cooperation with the work inspectorate and with the decision of the competent prosecutor, the suspected bar, where the victims used to do the forced work, is closed.

The victims of the case have been treated based on the Standard Operational Procedures for victims of trafficking and they have been sheltered.

The suspects with the decision of the prosecutor are taken to custody for 48 hours.
