Kosovo Police, respectively the Directorate of Investigation of Trafficking with Narcotics (DHTQNJ), Unit of Investigation of Trafficking with Human Beings (NJHTQNJ) in Gjakovë, within the operational-investigative actions, with the aim to prevent crime and combat all criminal activities, on 3 May implemented the police operation in the region of Gjakovës, in which case arrested four suspects for committing the criminal offences.

The following persons have been arrested in this case:

• N. A. born on 1976 f/a/k

• A. D. born on 1997 f/a/k

• T. P. born on 1974 m/a/k

• A. Th. born on 1979 m/a/k

The arrested persons from Kosovo Police are suspected to have committed the criminal offences ‘enable or force to prostitution’ article 241 and ‘dealing with prostitution’ 03/L142 article 7.

During the arrest, as material evidences there have been seized:

• 1 Iphone 4 

• 1 Nokia model RM-1133

• 550 € cash

With the decision of the prosecutor on duty, three first suspects shall be taken to police detention of 48 hours while the fourth suspect has been released in a regular procedure.
