Kosovo Police arrests five suspects for the criminal offences ‘enabling or forcing in prostitution’ and ‘coo-perpetration’

Kosovo Police, in the wake of combating the criminal phenomenon, has conducted an investigation which was performed by the Central Section Investigations of Trafficking with Humans of the Directorate for Investigation of Trafficking with Human Beings.

The investigation was led by the Basic Prosecution, Serious Crimes Department in Prishtina. During the investigation there was implemented the Court’s order for the covert measures of investigation and detection.

On 24 of May 2017, there were arrested five persons under the grounded suspicion for the criminal offence ‘enabling or forcing in prostitution’ and ‘coo-perpetration’.

By the ruling of the competent prosecutor, the three suspects were taken to the custody for 48 hours.

While two suspects were released in regular procedure:

N. H. born on  1999 f/a/k

During implementing this plan, there were found and seized relevant evidences regarding the case.
