Prishtina, 17th of May 2023

On 17.05.2023 at about 14:50, on the street “UÇK” in Pristina, Kosovo Police, the Directorate of Investigation of Trafficking Narcotics/Central Sector of Investigation, during the performance of legal duties and authorizations, under the suspicion of possession of narcotics substances have stopped an Audi vehicle with RKS license plates, driven by the suspect (B.S.).

During the control in the aforementioned vehicle, seven (7) small packages weighing about (4) grams (suspected to be a narcotic substance cocaine) were found and seized.

In the series of anti-drug police engagements of the KP in consultation with the on-duty prosecutor of the Basic Prosecutor’s Office of Pristina, they conducted a control operation in the house and apartment of the suspect in Pristina.

During the control operation in the apartment of the aforementioned suspect, the following material evidence was found and seized:

• The narcotic substance suspected to be cocaine, divided into several packages, with a total weight of about (570) grams, with a local market value of about (57,000) Euros.

• Three (3) digital scales,

• One thousand (1000) Euros, cash,

• 18 US Dollars,

• 160 Swiss francs,

• 20 British pounds,

• 20 Serbian dinars,

• Two (2) telephones and

• One (1) Audi type vehicle.

The collection of evidence and other procedures were carried out by the Forensics unit.

By the decision of the prosecutor, the suspect is taken in custody for the continuation of further investigations.
