On 21 December 2015, at about 21:50
o’clock, the Directorate for Investigation of Trafficking with Human beings,
assisted by other relevant units, has conducted a police operation coded
“PENTA”, where some locations in Prishtina and Fushë Kosovo were checked..

            In
this case, six (6) suspects were arrested under the grounded suspicion to
having committed the criminal offence of ‘trafficking with human beings’ and
‘unauthorized ownership, control and possession of weapons’.

The arrested suspects in this case are:

The police operation was conducted
in cooperation with the Albanian authorities, who have managed to identify a
trafficking victim which belongs to Albanian nationality.

            During this operation, there were seized as
material evidences:

·        one weapon (gun) 8 mm found in the first suspects
apartment

·        one DIVIAR – of the restaurants security cameras

·        Bills, various documents, books and notebooks.

All the police actions
were conducted under the authorization of the prosecutor, while to the arrested
persons was imposed the detention measure of 48 hours by the prosecutor of the
Basic Prosecution, to proceed with further legal proceedings.
