Kosovo Police, respectively the Anti-drug Unit of Peja region that operates within the Directorate for Investigation of Trafficking with Narcotics (DITN), in its uncompromising fight in prevention and combating the cases of trafficking narcotics, in cooperation with other police units during an investigative-operational operation in the Llapnasella village, municipality of Gracanica, have seized a considerable amount of narcotics suspected to be of marijuana type and have arrested one suspect. 

Police in coordination with the competent prosecutor, after some intensive investigations and providing relevant information that: the suspect R. ZH. male, Serbian-Kosovar (born on 1983) in its house possess an amount of narcotics and at the same date the person was expected to transport it into another location, on 19.12.2016, in Llapnasellë, Police has conducted a tactical raid operation in the suspect’s location and in his property are found three bags filled with narcotics suspected to be marijuana, which weighted 25 (kg) and 400 grams. 

The amount of substance was seized, while by the order of the competent prosecutor, to the arrested suspects was imposed the detention measure of 48 hours for further legal procedures.
