The Directorate of Investigation with narcotics, assisted by the e Special Operation Unit, K-9 Unit, Forensics, KTA Office and Inspectors from the Prishtina Municipality, by the order of the justice bodies have conducted a police operation related to grounded suspicion for unauthorized possession of narcotics, psychotropic and analogue substances provided for in the article 275 of CCRK.

This police operation conducted on date 28.01.2017 at about 04:10, because information were provided through operational and investigational ways that in a night bar in Prishtina was going on an illegal activity of use of narcotics and other prohibited substances. 

As a result of this police operation thirteen suspects were arrested, twelve of them for unauthorized possession of narcotics, and one wanted by warrant. 

Arrested persons possessing narcotics are;

1.  A. B,  found and confiscated 0.8 grams marihuana.

2.  A. H,  found and confiscated 4.2 grams marihuana.

3.  G. B,   found and confiscated 3  tablets weight 1.0 grams ecstasy.

4.  K.  E,  found and confiscated 1.4  grams marihuana.

5.  T. Xh,  found and confiscated 2.4  grams marihuana.

6.  V. B. (female) found and confiscated 1.2 grams marihuana.

7.  Sh. K,  found and confiscated 1.2 grams marihuana.

8.  B.  E,  found and confiscated  7.9 grams marihuana.   

9.  L.  I,   found and confiscated 1.4  grams marihuana.

10. I.  H, found and confiscated 10  mml GHB .

11. A. H, found and confiscated 0.5 grams Cocaine .

12. N. K, found and confiscated 1.0 grams marihuana.

After searching the persons and the location, in various parts of the bar, are found and confiscated the following narcotics:

1.    10 tablets weight 6.1 grams ecstasy

2.    7 bags weight of 6.0 cocaine.

3.    5 bags weight 4.7 grams marihuana.

The person E.K. dob 1993 was also arrested, he was wanted by warrant issued from the Basic Court in Prishtina. 

By the order of the competent Prosecutor, all suspects after the interview are release, except the suspect wanted by warrant (E. K.), and by the decision of the Inspectorate, the bar was closed.
