During two days (nights) of the implementation of the Operational Order ‘GODITJA’ which aims the increase of activities/police patrols, mainly in urban areas where there are lot of cafeteria and night bars frequented by lot of people, there have been evidences the following activities:

On 8 and 9 August 2023, during the performance of tasks arising by the order in question in the entire country, the following data have been evidenced:

• 823 police patrols have been engaged (of various police units),

• 871 check points have been carried out for controlling vehicle (PKA),

• 331 check points with radars and alcohol test

• 4848 vehicle checked,

• 102 premises have been checked,

• 19 weapons of different type have been seized,

• 14 wanted persons by the order of the Courts have been arrested as well as other activities dealing with safety, etc.

Police will continue its activities in carrying out the tasks arsing by the order that is currently being implemented.
