General Director of Kosovo Police Mr Shpend Maxhuni, is
staying for an official visit in Berlin, where today has met the dep/President
of BKA (Bundeskriminalamt) Mr. Peter Henzller.

During this meeting was talked about the cooperation that
Kosovo Police (KP) has with BKA in various fields of combating the crime, where
a particular importance was given to the advancement of even a greater
cooperation in the future, in combat against the terrorism and violent
extremism.

General Director Mr Shpend Maxhuni was promised by the
senior officers of BKA for on-going support for KP even on its vision for
membership in Interpol as a matter of particular importance, not only for KP
but also for the region and beyond.

Dep-president of KBA Mr Henzller appreciated highly the
success and achievements of KP for its contribution in the safety aspect.

General Director also was promised by BKA for its continuous
support for KP with trainings in some specific fields in combating the
organized crime.

General Director Mr Maxhuni thanked
dep/president of BKA for the so far support given to KP and re-confirmed the
readiness to cooperate closely in all the fields with interest in the safety
aspect, especially in the combat against terrorism and organized trans-border
crime.
