General Director of Kosovo Police Mr. Rashit Qalaj, accompanied by his senior staff, made a working visit to the Regional Directorate in North of Mitrovica.

The purpose of this visit of Director Qalaj was to increase the performance and integrity of the police at work, undertaking the police response and preventive measures to various criminal acts.

Director Qalaj among other things raised the main issues related to citizen security, cooperation and community meetings, traffic safety, prevention of criminal acts such as robbery, drugs, drugs etc.

From the staff of the Regional Directorate, was required to work and engage even more, in order to create a calm and secure environment for the citizens, which also contributes to the overall security of the country.

Kosovo Police has the professional capacities and is prepared to provide security, fight against organized crime, smuggling, and prevent criminal cases, therefore commitment from all employees is required without distinction.

The meeting resulted in a pledge for additional commitments towards fulfilling the duties and obligations of the police towards the citizens of the country.
