Kosovo Police,
on 5 April 2016, has undertaken a police operation based on the information
that in a certain location are planted some narcotic plants.

The police operation
conducted in the border area between the Albania and an area of Gjakova, has
resulted in detection of some narcotic plants that are suspected to be of
Cannabis Sativa type (Marijuana).

On this occasion, a plot with 2000 thread of drugs of
Marijuana type was detected.

With the order of the prosecutor, the amount of drugs
was destroyed in the scene, while the border police together with the Anti-Drug
Unit are dealing with the case.
