In the ongoing efforts of Kosovo Police for prevention and combating negative phenomenon, especially combating trafficking with narcotics, on 29.03.2018, while implementing the operational plan “Stop drugs in schools” anti-drugs KP units, in cooperation with the competent prosecutor, after undertaking a series of investigations and operational actions, in the village Miradi e Eperme in Fushe Kosovo arrested three (3) suspects: B.L., A.G. and A.G. involved in criminal offences ‘unauthorized ownership, possession, control of weapons’.
During the police operation besides the amount seized of 8 kg and 525gr of suspected substances to be marihuana, with the order of the competent prosecutor has been checked the house of the suspect (B.L.), in Prishtina, in which case there have been seized other relevant evidences, such as:

Black pistol of the type Zoraki MO2 914-B with a magazine 6 cartridges of the caliber 7.62 mm
•
Black pistol of the type M-906 –B without magazine and with no cartridges
•
Pistol of the type Ekol Special black with a cartridge and 7 cartridges of the caliber 7.62 mm
•
Twenty-seven (27) cartridges of the caliber 7.62 mm
•
A spray OC with the inscription NATO green color
•
4 packages of various forms and sizes with narcotics of the type marihuana with the general amount of 312.5 gr
•
A plastic package filled with white powder suspected to be narcotics of the type cocaine with overall weight of 98.7 gr with the wrapping
•
A black digital SCALE and 350 empty plastic bags, for packaging narcotics as well as delivery.
•
A grinder used to grind narcotics.
From the suspects there have been seized two vehicles used in the case, 4 cell-phones as well as 690 euro cash.
Based in the investigations conducted the origin of narcotics was from the Republic of Albania and the destination was Prishtina.
With the decision of the competent prosecutor, the suspect is taken to the detention center, while the case is transferred to the competent Anti-drugs Unit of Prishtina for further investigations.
Kosovo Police remains strongly committed to combat trafficking with narcotics and reconfirms that there shall be implemented rigorous measures against suspects involved in such illegal actions.
