Police investigators from the Directorate for Investigation of Trafficking in Narcotics (DHTN)-Ferizaj received information that through operational roads in the field, for a suspect dealing with narcotics trade who is coming back from Albania to Kosovo.

On 22.03.2022, DHTN Ferizaj, after a tactical plan with the assistance of investigators of DHTN in Prizren, at about 21:30, stopped a vehicle in which there was the suspect, female, Xh. N (1997) citizen of the Republic of Albania.

After the control of the suspect, there were found two bags with powder white, suspected to be cocaine. The abovementioned suspect has been arrested at the scene.

After informing the prosecutor on duty as well as receiving the verbal decision from the pre-trial judge, police conducted the raid, in which the suspect lived in a rented residence and there were found and seized material evidences as following:

• Several bags in various amounts of powder, white suspected to be cocaine, in total 201.19 gram.

• Two scales and several empty bags

• A porcelain part where it was measured and prepared for selling.

• A pair of scissors.

• A passport.

• A mobile phone.

• A banknote 20 euro.

With the order of the prosecutor on duty, under the suspicion of having committed the criminal offence “unauthorised ownership, possession and delivered of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and analogue”, the suspect Xh. N (1997), has been interviewed and with the judgement of the prosecutor she was taken to 48 hours custody.
