Prishtinë, 30 March 2015 – Today at 01:25, police received the information that in the quarter Veterrnik, respectively at the commercial center Albi Mall in Prishtina, there occurred an attempted aggravated theft which resulted with a murder.

Immediately after receiving this information, at the scene there went all necessary police units, supported by the regional unit for crime investigations as well as other units for examination of the scene.

When police went to the scene, they ascertained that it was about a murder and the victim:

• N. Ramadani, male, 44 years-old, Kosovar, (security guard in the commercial center) unable to survive from the wounds taken, he died.

According to the initial police work results, the regional investigators have started the investigation that the two masked suspects and at least one of them armed entered inside the commercial center Albi Mall with the aim to steal the safe.

While the security guard (victim) noticed the suspects were inside the facility, he attempted to stop them, where one of the suspect shot toward him, where as a consequence he was dead.

Police is continuously undertaking the proper operational investigative actions with a great commitment, focused on detection the identity and location of the possible suspects as well as the investigations have been stretched in interviewing a number of persons as witnesses or others, attempting to clarify and solve all circumstances regarding the case.
