Prishtina, 9th of October 2019 

Today, on 9th of October 2019, in the premises of the General Directorate of Kosovo Police in Prishtina, general director of KP Mr. Rashit Qalaj accompanied by his staff hosted in a meeting mr. Sasho Tasevski, director of the Public Security of North Macedonia, accompanied by his staff and collaborators.

The meeting was to assure the cooperation between two police organizations in engagements that would incude: inter-border cooperation, mutual coordination and coverage of border between the Republic of Kosovo and Republic of North Macedonia as well as exchange of intelligence of mutual interests related to prevention of criminality. 

During this meeting it was discussed as well for the preparations and coordination of joint activities regarding to planning measures for security related to the football game between the Republic of North Macedonia and Republic of Kosovo during 2020, as well as other issues of mutual interest.
