Today 09.09.2021, in the premises of the General Directorate, the Kosovo Police received a donation consisted of equipment from the US Embassy in Kosovo, respectively from INL (International Bureau of Narcotics and Law Enforcement – US Embassy in Kosovo) in coordination with DOJ -ICITAP and EXBS. The handover of the donation was signed by the General Director of Kosovo Police Mr. Samedin Mehmeti and Mr. Shawn Waddoups Director of INL.

The donation received today consisted of advanced and very sophisticated equipment will support the Kosovo Police in combating many negative phenomena in real time as well as the detection of presence of dangerous substances such as explosives and narcotics.

Such donations are invaluable support and the Kosovo Police is very thankful towards US Embassy and INL for their cooperation and ongoing support to Kosovo Police in various police areas.
