Në konferencën e cila po mbahet në kuadër të IACP-it (International Association of Chiefs of Police -Shoqata Ndërkombëtare e Shefave të Policisë), në San Diego të Kalifornisë, Shtetet e Bashkuara të Amerikës, po marrin pjesë përfaqësues të lartë të policive nga vende të ndryshme të botës, duke përfshirë edhe drejtorin e përgjithshëm të Policisë së Kosovës, kolonel Gazmend Hoxha me bashkëpunëtorë.

Pjesëmarrja e delegacionit zyrtar nga Policia e Kosovës me përfaqësues të organizatave të ndryshme policore, në këtë konferencë të nivelit më të lartë në fushën e sigurisë mundëson shkëmbimin e përvojave dhe eksperiencave policore, trajtimin e sfidave dhe fenomeneve me të cilat ballafaqohen institucionet e sigurisë.

Drejtori i përgjithshëm Hoxha me bashkëpunëtorë ka pasur rastin të takojë personalitete të ndryshme duke përfshirë edhe drejtorin ekzekutiv të EUROPOL-it, znj. Catherine De Bolle, z. Gregory Ducot, drejtor i DOJ-ICITAP dhe z. Samuel Pineda, drejtor i Zyrës së Programeve, Departamenti i Shtetit- Byroja Kundër Terrorizmit si dhe me udhëheqës të policive të shumë vendeve botërore. Në këto takime u diskutuan tema të ndryshme si luftimi i krimit të organizuar transnacional si dhe llojeve të tjera të krimit, përfshirë edhe luftën e pa kompromis kundër terrorizmit dhe radikalizmit të dhunshëm.

Shoqata Ndërkombëtare e Shefave të Policisë (IACP), është shoqata profesionale më e madhe dhe më me ndikim në botë për udhëheqësit/ liderët e policisë dhe është e përkushtuar për të avancuar sigurinë e komuniteteve në mbarë botën.

Na konferenciji koja se održava u okviru IACP (International Association of Chiefs of Police-Međunarodno Udruženje Šefova Policije), u San Diego, Kalifornija, Sjedinjene Američke Države, učestvuju visoki predstavnici policije iz zemalja različitih delova sveta, uključujući i generalnog direktora Policije Kosova, pukovnik Gazmend Hoxha sa saradnicima.

Učešće zvanične delegacije Policije Kosova sa predstavnicima različitih policijskih organizacija, na ovoj konferenciji najvišeg nivoa u oblasti bezbednosti, omogućava razmenu iskustava i policijskih iskustava, tretiranje izazova i pojava sa kojima se bezbednosne institucije suočavaju.

Generalni direktor Hoxha i njegovi saradnici imali su priliku da upoznaju različite ličnosti, uključujući i izvršnu direktorku EUROPOL-a, gđu. Catherine De Bolle, g-din. Gregory Ducot, direktor DOJ-ICITAP-a i g-din. Samuel Pineda, direktor Kancelarije za Programe, Stejt Departmenta – Biro za Borbu Protiv Terorizma, kao i rukovodioci policije iz mnogih zemalja širom sveta. Na ovim sastancima razgovaralo se o raznim temama kao što su borba protiv transnacionalnog organizovanog kriminala, kao i drugih vrsta kriminala, uključujući beskompromisnu borbu protiv terorizma i nasilnog radikalizma.

Međunarodno Udruženje Šefova Policija (IACP) je najveće i najuticajnije profesionalno udruženje policijskih lidera/rukovodioca na svetu i posvećeno je unapređenju bezbednosti zajednica širom sveta.

In the conference, which is, being held by the IACP (International Association of Chiefs of Police), in San Diego, California, United States of America, high representatives of the police organizations from various world countries are participating, including the general director of Kosovo Police, Colonel Gazmend Hoxha with his associates.

The participation of the official delegation from the Kosovo Police with representatives of various police organizations, in this conference of the highest level in the field of security, enables the exchange of police experiences and practices, handling of challenges and phenomena faced by the security institutions.

General Director Hoxha with his associates had the opportunity to meet various personalities, including the executive director of EUROPOL, Mrs. Catherine De Bolle, Mr. Gregory Ducot, director of DOJ-ICITAP and Mr. Samuel Pineda, director of the Office of Programs, Department of State – Counter-Terrorism Bureau, as well as police leaders from many countries around the world. In these meetings, various topics were discussed such as the fight against transnational organized crime as well as other types of crime, including the uncompromising fight against terrorism and violent radicalism.

The International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) is the world’s largest and most influential professional association for police leaders and is dedicated to advancing the safety of communities around the world.
