The Directorate of Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption (DIECC), Section for Corruption Investigation, by the authorization of Basic Prosecution in Prishtina, during the investigation of a case arrested four persons, suspected for committing criminal act: “abuse of the official duty”.The arrest of suspects, on ground suspicion of committing criminal act “abuse of the official duty”, was realized on 21st January 2014, in which case four suspects officials of Obiliq Municipality and the owner of a private company were taken in to custody.During the investigational procedure material evidence were collected, as a result of which police arrested four suspects:
• H. R. born on 1975 m/a/k
• Z. K. born on 1965 m/a/k
• Sh. B. born on 1972 m/a/k
• B. P. born on 1967 m/a/k
The same were interviewed and after the presentation of material proves in Basic Prosecution Prishtina, by the decision of the same, to the suspects are imposed detention measure of 48 h until further legal proceedings.
