Policia e Kosovës, Drejtoria për Hetimin e Krimit të Organizuar dhe Krimeve të Rënda pas operacionit të suksesshëm të realizuar dje në rajonin e Pejës dhe Prishtinës, sot me datën 21.06.2024 ka vazhduar me aksionin e radhës në tri lokacione të ndryshme të rajonit të Gjilanit.

Ky operacion policor u realizua pas ndërmarrjes së veprimeve operative hetimore në bashkëpunim dhe koordinim me Prokurorinë Speciale të Republikës së Kosovës, me qëllim të identifikimit dhe arrestimit të personave të dyshuar të përfshirë në veprat penale “Fajde dhe Detyrim”.

Gjatë hetimit të këtij rasti janë arrestuar dy persona të dyshuar, një mbetet në kërkim policorë, si dhe janë gjetur prova se të dyshuarit dyshohet se kanë kryer veprat penale të fajdes dhe detyrimit për të cilat janë hetuar.

Personat e arrestuar dyshohet se në këtë rast kanë ushtruar presion dhe kërcënime ndaj viktimës me qellim të marrjes së interesit nga veprimtaria e fajdes dhe si rezultat i veprimeve të kundërligjshme personat e dyshuar i kanë shkaktuar dëme materiale viktimës në vlerën mbi 600.000 euro.

Gjatë operacionit policor në cilësi të provave materiale janë sekuestruar tri vetura, motorë sportiv, armë dhe municion, kartëmonedha euro, dokumente të ndryshme si dhe dëshmi tjera materiale të cilat do të përdoren në procedurën penale ndaj të dyshuarve.

Policia e Kosovës mbetet e përkushtuar në luftimin e të gjitha veprimtarive të kundërligjshme dhe sjelljen para organeve të drejtësisë së personave të dyshuar.

New action against usury in city of Gjilan

The Kosovo Police, respectively the Directorate for the Investigation of Organized and Serious Crimes, after the successful operation carried out yesterday in the region of Peja and Pristina, today, on 21.06.2024, continued with the next action in three different locations in the region of Gjilan .

This police operation was carried out after the undertaking of operative investigative actions in cooperation and coordination with the Special Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kosovo, with the aim of identifying and arresting suspected persons involved in the criminal offenses “Usury and Coercion”.

During the investigation of this case, two suspects were arrested, one remains wanted by the police, and evidence was found that the suspects allegedly committed the crimes of usury and coercion for which they were investigated.

The arrested persons are suspected to have exerted pressure and threats on the victim with the aim of obtaining interest from the usury activity and as a result of illegal actions the suspected persons have caused material damage to the victim in the amount of over 600,000 euros.

During the police operation, as material evidence, three cars, sports motorcycles, weapons and ammunition, euro banknotes, various documents and other material evidence were seized, which will be used in the criminal proceedings against the suspects.
