Mitrovicë, 29 January 2014 Police in Mitrovica on 28 January 2014 about 22:20 was informed by a PTK officer, branch in Mitrovica in the street ‘Afrim Zhitia’ that inside the PTK building, may have occurred a theft, police units upon arriving at the scene were informed by the PTK officer that during the inspection one of the offices where the crates were, the door was not closed with key. Relevant police units including crime techniques have identified at the scene that on one of these crates lacked the cylinder. While during the control of PTK interior space, police investigators in one of the corridors found a waste package in which they found phone credit cards, in the amount of 1.500 euro. Regarding the value suspected be missing from the crate, according to the responsible officer of the crate, it is said that in the crate have been some credit cards and a cash amount, but the exact amount remains to be determined by the PTK officers. Regional police investigators under supervision of the respective prosecutor have interviewed some of the PTK officers, while D. F. as a suspect, about 35 years old m/a/k, main officer of the PTK crate was imposed to detention measure of 48 hours.
