Kosavë-Dragash, 18 March
At about 20:00 h, at the exit of Kosava village, location called “Dërvan” a pedestrian born on 1976 was accidented to death. According to the investigative reports from the scene it is stated that the driver of vehicle Golf II was not careful while driving, in which case, in its front part of the vehicle hit the pedestrian that carried him on the vehicle about 32 meters then falls on the ground and dragged for another 9 meters. Doctor on duty concluded death at the scene while the commander of the regional traffic with accident investigators completed their investigational procedures in the presence of state prosecutor. Dead body of the victim was sent for autopsy while the driver was arrested. In this accident one female present in the vehicle was injured as well, after medical assistance she returned back home.
