Directorate of Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption, today on 14.3.2014, at about 09:00, arrested a suspect, under the ground suspicion to have committed the criminal offence ‘irresponsible medical treatment’. The arrested person is:
• Sh. E , m/sh/k (1965)
Based on the police investigation the suspected person already arrested by police while performing his duty as a doctor in a hospital in Prishtina, treated the victim in an irresponsible manner, not taking the proper care, where as a consequence the victim was dead. By the decision of the Basic Prosecution in Prishtina, the suspect has been imposed the detention measure of 48 hours.
