Policia e Kosovës, përkatësisht Njësia Rajonale për Hetimin e Krimeve Ekonomike dhe Korrupsionit në Mitrovicën e Veriut, (NJRHKEK), pas një pune intensive operative hetimore, kanë arrestuar një person të dyshuar për kryerje të veprave penale “ Legalizim i përmbajtjes së rreme” dhe ‘’Vjedhja e identitetit dhe pajisja e qasjes”.

Si rezultat i bashkëpunimit të njësive të lartcekura policore me zyrtarët kompetent të ARC-së dhe zhvillimit të punëve intensive, operative dhe hetimore në koordinim me prokurorin e shtetit, me datën 22.03.2024, në qendrën për pajisje me dokumente në komunën e Zubin Potokut është arrestuar një person i dyshuar me të dhëna të rreme i cili ka tentuar të pajiset me dokumente personale pasaportë dhe patentë shoferi.

Personi i dyshuar (i njëjti), tashmë me datën 07.06.2013, përmes dokumenteve të falsifikuara është regjistruar me të dhëna të rreme si D. B. i lindur në vitin 1980 në Mitrovicë si shtetas i Kosovës, ku edhe është pajisur me dokumente personale të RKS-së si letërnjoftim, pasaportë dhe patentë shoferi.

Ndërsa me datën 05.01.2024, personi i dyshuar me të dhënat e lartcekura është paraqitur për aplikim në Zubin Potok për të vazhduar afatet kohore të dokumenteve personale të Republikës së Kosovës, ku gjatë verifikimit të dokumenteve që i dyshuari NN i ka paraqitur me rastin e aplikimit, NJRHKEK-Mitrovicë e Veriut, ka ardhur deri tek një dyshim i bazuar se i dyshuari NN ka marrë identitet të rremë si shtetas i RKS-së.

Lidhur me rastin me qëllim të vërtetimit të identitetit të saktë të personit të dyshuar, Drejtoria për Bashkëpunim Ndërkombëtarë për Zbatim të Ligjit – ILECU, përmes gjurmëve të gishtërinjve dhe fotografive, ka pranuar raport nga Interpoli ku ka rezultuar se gjurmët e gishtërinjve përputhen me personin në arrati me iniciale G. S. (viti 1977) në Greqi.

I njëjti nga Interpoli i Greqisë kërkohet për disa vepra të rënda penale, si: Krimi i organizuar, Grabitje, Detyrim, Lëndim të rëndë trupor, Dhënie e deklaratave false, Posedim ilegal të eksplozivit dhe mjeteve shpërthyese” etj. ndërsa nga Interpol i Malit të Zi kërkohet për veprën penale ‘Lëndim i rëndë trupor’.

Lidhur me këtë rast është njoftuar prokurori kompetent, i cili të dyshuarit i ka caktuar masën e ndalimit policor, dhe pas masës së ndalimit policor, personit të dyshuar me vendim të gjykatës i është caktuar masa e paraburgimit prej 30 ditësh.

Kosovo Police identifies and arrests the suspect for legalizing fake content and identity theft and access device

Kosovo Police, respectively the Regional Unit for the Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption in Mitrovica North, (NJRHKEK), after an intensive operational investigative work, have arrested a person suspected of committing the criminal offenses “Legalization of false content” and “Identity theft and access device”.

As a result of the cooperation of the aforementioned police units with the competent officials of the ARC and the development of intensive, operational and investigative work in coordination with the state prosecutor, on 22.03.2024, in the center for equipment with documents in the municipality of Zubin Potok, is arrested a suspect with false data who tried to provide himself with personal documents, passport and driver’s license.

The suspect (the same), already on 07.06.2013, through forged documents, was registered with false data as D. B. born in 1980 in Mitrovica as a citizen of Kosovo, where he was also provided with personal documents of the RKS such as identity card, passport and driver’s license.

While on 05.01.2024, the suspect with the above-mentioned data has submitted an application to Zubin Potok to extend the validity of the personal documents of the Republic of Kosovo, where during the verification of the documents that the suspect NN has submitted when applied, NJRHKEK-North Mitrovica, a suspicion was raised based on the fact that the suspect NN has obtained a false identity as a citizen of the RKS.

Regarding the case, in order to verify the correct identity of the suspect, the Directorate for International Law Enforcement Cooperation – ILECU, through fingerprints and photographs, has received a report from Interpol where it has been found that the fingerprints match the person in escape with the initials G. S. (year 1977) in Greece.

The same is wanted by Interpol of Greece for several serious criminal offenses, such as: Organized crime, Robbery, Coercion, Serious bodily injury, Giving false statements, Illegal possession of explosives and explosive devices, etc. while he is wanted by the Interpol of Montenegro for the criminal offense of ‘Serious bodily injury”.

Related to this case, the competent prosecutor was informed, who assigned the measure of police detention, and after the measure of police detention, the suspect was ordered to be detained for 30 days by court decision.
