Hetuesit policorë nga Sektori për Hetime Financiare/Drejtoria për Hetimin e Krimeve Ekonomike dhe Korrupsionit (DHKEK), e kanë trajtuar informatën ku dyshohet se, zyrtarë të një klinike mjekësore me seli në Prizren, lëshojnë certifikata mjekësore për kandidatet të cilët paraqesin provimin për patentë shofer, pa qenë fizikisht prezent në klinikë dhe pa ua bërë kontrollin mjekësor.

Po ashtu, dyshohet se kjo klinikë bashkëpunon me dy auto-shkolla, njëra me seli në Prizren dhe tjetra me seli në Malishevë. Dyshohet se edhe auto-shkollat kanë lëshuar vërtetime për aftësimin e kandidatëve në pjesën teorike dhe praktike pa qenë kandidatët fare prezent në Kosovë.

Kjo informate është trajtuar nga hetuesit policorë në bashkëpunim me Prokurorin Themelore Prizren, ku pas ndërmarrjes se veprimeve hetimore janë mbledhur provat fillestare që vërtetojnë dyshimin e bazuar në lidhje me pretendimet (dyshimet) e lart-cekura.

Sot, më 18.01.2024, nën dyshimin e përfshirjes në veprat penale: ‘keqpërdorim i pozitës apo autoritetit zyrtar’ dhe ‘legalizim i përmbajtjes se rreme, policia ka arrestuar tre të dyshuar: I.G., (viti i lindjes 1962, mashkull kosovar), U.M., (viti i lindjes 1975, mashkull kosovar) dhe L.B.., (viti i lindjes 1975, mashkull kosovar). Personat e dyshuar janë shoqëruar në zyrat e DHKEK në Prizren, të cilët janë intervistuar, pastaj me vendim të prokurorit janë dërguar në mbajtje deri 48 orë.

Three suspects arrested for involvement in the criminal offences “abuse of position or official authority” and “legalization of false content”

The police investigators from the Section for Financial Investigations / Directorate for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption (DIECC) received and handled the information that the officers of a medical clinic with the branch in Prizren are issuing medical certificates for the candidates applying for driving license, without being physically present at the clinic and without carrying out medical checks.

It is suspected that this clinic is cooperating with two driving schools with the branch in Prizren and others with the branch in Malishevë. The above driving schools are also suspected to have issued certificates for training candidates in theoretical and practical part without them being in Kosova.

The police in cooperation with the Basic Prosecution in Prizren handled this information and after undertaking investigative actions and collecting initial evidences managed to prove the grounded suspicion regarding the above claims (suspicions).

On 18.01.2024, police arrested three suspects with the initials: I.G., (born on 1962, male, Kosovar), U.M., (born on 1975, male, Kosovar) and L.B.., (born on 1975, male, Kosovar) for the criminal offences ‘abuse of position of official authority’ and ‘legalization of false content’. The suspects were escorted to the DIECC offices in Prizren for interview and then by the decision of the Prosecutor have bene taken to detention for 48 hours.
